WORST EVER, WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A NEW VEHICLE AFTER SIGNING PAPERWORK. I WAS TOLD IT HAD 5256 MILES AND THAT IT WAS A LOANER. IT HAS SCRATCHES, A DENT,NO FLOOR MATS AND A SPOT ON THE WINDSHIELD. WAS TOLD WAS GETTING A BLACK ONE AFTER SIGNING PAPERWORK WAS TOLD NO IS NOT BLACK IT WILL BE A SILVER ONE. VERY UNHAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. JUST WANT TO TURN CAR BACK OR GET A “NEW” ONE LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE!!!!!

Ken Adams is one of the best Service Advisors I have ever met. He was very personable and kept me advised of how the service was progressing on my Chevrolet Traverse. Not happy warranty on motor rebuild + paid additional $600 (ok with that) for motor left, engine light back on car over heat needed antifreeze engine ,light on said o2 sensor told needed new catalic converter over$1,300 to fix. Paid and left Drove to mall 1 hour later engine light on right back to you o2 sensor charged $150 if o2 sensor has read bad why was not Fixed First time this is not making me happy o2sensor runs along catalic converter
