It was just an Oil Change. You had a special the week before and my daughter was supposed to bring in her car for the Oil Change. However, her fiance went to the emergency room that morning and was diagnosed with Diabetes. She was unable to bring the car. You still honored the price the next week when I called to see if I could reschedule. Great Job
I was in for an oil change when I got there I asked them service person if they would fix the carpet that was coming of loose by the passenger door and also my phone is on auto answer some kind of way and I don't know how to get it off there they said they would take care of that and the carpet neither one was done I only got the oil change not the other two things that I ask for

I bought a new Trax it had a dent in the door.We have taken it in to get it fixed three times and it is still not fixed!.I have put more miles on it taking it in to be fixed than I would have if it was fixed right the first time!!!!! I am very disappointed , this was my first new car and I expected more!!!!!
The people I dealt with were professional and pleasant. Ken in service took the time to explain everything from what to expect once I drop my car off for servicing to what was wrong, and how long it would take to be repaired. The shuttle driver, Luther, was very pleasant as well. I had my car in by 7:15 am, and had my car back by 1:30 pm the same day. Very efficient service!

I love Joe Selarno. He has been there for ever and really cares about people. Many of your new service people are somewhat cold and matter of fact. Joe is with the old team that use to be there and still puts the care into the Chevy experience!!!!
