Came into the service department with a CEL Friday at 1:00, I called an spoke with me and he stated he would have a loaner and get me in ASAP. Brought my car checked in and in a rental car with in 20 min... Lee and his team fix the problem within a couple of hours. Awesome service
Your advertisement says to buy a car in December get 1066.00$ Visa card and did not receive after deal was made dealership said they put it in the deal but that is not what was advertised, false advertisement, I did love my salesman though, Logan jones
Trixie was very helpful and kept me advised of the status of my vehicle. Dealership needs to update their online appointment system as the service rep assigned to me had not been employed their since January
Well As far as the service it was good and the person so sold me my truck treated me with respect . But now as far as the loaner vehicle goes it was in very bad shape and it was even a 2018 Silverado that they gave me. I was not very happy with that part. it was so dirty it looked like it was driven thru snow and had dog hair all inside of it. Had it all over me when I got out of it.
Requested my oil be changed, tires rotated, some long lasting fluid added to the engine, nitrogen be added to the tires and to check a tire as I was having to add air to it. They showed my husband and I that the tire would have to be replaced. We asked that the spare be put on and put the other tire back underneath the tech acted like he didn't want to do that and we requested it again. When we went to pair for the service. Tires weren't rotated, no nitrogen added and the spar was in the back of my vehicle. As we don't live in Tulsa we do lots of grocery shopping to stock up. This caused a major inconvenience having to put items on and around a dirty tire and we weren't able to purchase everything that was needed. Very unhappy and will not return.
